Luxray Gijinka Costume 1

So, I'm going to be a ginjika Luxray for Halloween (also the weekend of my 21st birthday. XD).
I'm working on little things right now.

Here I finished the tail and partially finished a glove.

Tail:
2 sheets of gold felt cut into a star.
Stitched together and stuffed with cotton balls for "fluff" look.
Sewed onto mini black boa

Glove:
Old shoulder length gloves from a dance years ago
Sewed a strip of gold felt to the glove
Glued strips of blue ribbon to felt/glove.


I'm planning to trim the blue ribbon and also cut the fingers off the gloves.

My next photo may be of the ears.

This is my first real personally made "Cosplay-esk" costume. WOO!

PS: My feets are totes in this picture. XD

Also, quick snapshot of me in the costume. I have NO other better picture. I will submit one soon of me just in the costume. LoL
